Sqwid's Commissions ToS
General Terms
•Message me on Discord at sqwid#1582 or on any of my social media accounts if you'd like to get started with a commission! Allow me at least around 24 hours to see and respond to any messages!•During the process I will send you watermarked images at each phase of the artwork to allow for the opportunity for revisions. Refer to the revisions policy for more detail.•Turnaround will usually be 2-5 weeks depending on my schedule, expect longer times for larger projects such as animation work.•I will only deliver the final artwork once the payment has been received in full.•I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason
Payment Policy
•Payment will be split 50% before starting the project, and 50% after completing the project unless otherwise negotiated•All prices listed on my commission info are in USD•All budgets must have a minimum of at least $10 USD•All payments must be through Paypal and must be paid through an invoice•Unlimited revisions can be requested during the sketch stage but once the work has been finalized, only TWO small revisions can be requested for free.•Any revisions for additions/changes that were not originally asked for that require an entire piece to be redrawn/repainted will require an extra payment.
Refund Policy
•If I am unable to start a commission or you decide to cancel the commission before I have started it, you will receive a full refund of any payment sent•Refunds for 50% of received payment will be sent if work hasn't been completed by the due date unless there is a discussion for an extension or if it doesn't meet a set standard. If 50% of the payment has been sent and 50% of the project has been completed, there will be no refund, but you can cancel the rest of the project.
Cancellation Policy
•You are free to cancel any project at any time but must pay for any work completed. If the project has been started and a significant portion of the work has been completed then the initial 50% payment is nonrefundable
Copyright Policy
The artist's, (Sqwid), rights are protected by the Federal Copyright Act of 1976 and the Federal Visual Rights Act of 1990. Purchase of a copyrighted artwork does not transfer the copyright. The copyright to produce the works in copies, to produce derivative work based on the copyrighted image, and distribute copies is retained by the artist. Any transfer of this copyright must be in writing expressly identifying what rights are being sold and for what purpose.I reserve the right to feature, promote, and post any completed commission anywhere such as on social media, in my portfolio, or on my commission sheets.

• Claiming the artwork as your own
• Altering the artwork without my consentYou the buyer are allowed to:• Use the commissioned piece for personal use
• Print the artwork and claim any designed characters as your own, but not the artwork itself.
• Use the artwork to promote yourself
• Use the artwork on monetized platforms such as Youtube or Tiktok as long as the purpose is not to earn money off of the artwork specificallyIf you would like to purchase the copyright for commercial use that can be discussed!
